DC/09/0543 68 BEDFORD ROAD, HORSHAM
I write on behalf of the Horsham Society with
reference to the above.
The Society notes that the refusal of the previous
application DC/08/1757 related to the adverse effect
on the visual amenities. The Society also notes that
the present application proposes changes with the
intention of overcoming the adverse effect on the
visual amenities and considers that this intention is
largely realised.
However, The Society considers that the area of flank
wall which is to be raised on the existing, and which
will be fully visible from the street, should be set
or sloped back behind the existing and faced to match
the rest of the new roof.
