whole of the Horsham district.

Horsham & Southwater Forum is an online community
forum for local residents & businesses. Current
forum topics include: Horsham town tax, Wi-fi hotspot
safety and Google Earth.
The
West Sussex Design Commission
was set up by West Sussex County Council as an
independent body. It responds to concerns about
the expected type and volume of future building, and
the community's reaction to this. In addition it
has a Wider Reference Network (WRN) which includes a
great number of people who can offer help, advice and
expertise.
Saxon Weald Homes,
the main local housing association, owns and manages
4500 homes in the Horsham district.
The

Horsham Museum exhibits a wide ranging selection
of local history & rural crafts and features a regular
programme of changing exhibitions.

The
South Downs National Park Authority is the lead
organisation responsible for promoting the purposes of
the new South Downs National Park.
Civic Voice has replaced the Civic Trust which
campaigned and worked in regeneration and urban
development since 1957. It is the new umbrella body
for Civic Societies across the country.
Horsham in Bloom
is improving the town by means of floral impact,
landscaping, conservation and tackling litter &
graffiti, involving as wide a cross-section of the
community as possible and contributing to commercial
success
The
Friends of Warnham Nature Reserve support the
reserve wardens in promoting appreciation of the
reserve and providing learning opportunities for all
ages.
The Horsham Society is a member of the
Federation of Sussex Amenity Societies.
Rotary International is the world's

and to encourage gardening in Horsham and the
surrounding district.

an archive of material relating to the origins and
development of Southwater, from the earliest times to
