Cattle grazing on Denne Hill - June
2006
There can't be many towns the size of
Horsham where you can set out on foot from the town
centre and be in open countryside within ten minutes.
This picture was taken on Denne Hill on a balmy
evening in late June. The calves were quite
frisky and these three had just chased each other up
the slope. You can see the spires of St Mary's
and the old St Mark's in the distance, but can you
spot the bull at the far end of the field?
